守住月牙,守住健康
當指甲有月牙的數目太少,或是月牙顏色太模糊,就表示精力、免疫力跟體質都比較衰弱,所以應該要多補充
蛋白質
跟黑色食品,例如黑木耳。若是月牙過小,則可能表示患有脾胃方面的疾病,反之若是月牙過大,則表示可能有心臟系統方面的疾病,例如高血壓、心肌肥大等。
一般來說,最理想的狀態當然是十隻手指頭都有月牙,但以中醫的觀點來看,若有八到十隻指甲有月牙,就已經算是相當好的狀態,而若是有月牙的指頭低於六指,恐怕連基本的健康門檻都沒有過。
