[jogging] day 1
Finally, I do jogging. Got a little bit disappointed today, I wanted to spit out my anger, so I jogged. My mind was all blank when jogging, but it really helped me focusing on nothing so I kept running and running. I ran 4 rounds and walk 1 round. My mood has turned a bit better now.
Have to do warming up next time I run though.
